Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n

• <\/i>Expand Noramtec\u2019s client network using cold calling, social media, online and in-person networking and referral methods.<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships throughout all levels of management, through thorough needs analysis, and prompt problem resolution.<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Generate new business by actively pursuing new clients and\/or new projects with established clients.<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Meet with prospective clients, negotiate fee structure, and write contracts.<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Understand Noramtec\u2019s mission and organizational values and communicate them to clients<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Provide exceptional client services<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Manage clients through the use of internal Contact Management System<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Work closely with the recruiting team concerning job order status and candidate acquisition.<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Competent preparation of RFI\u2019s, RFQ\u2019s, RFP\u2019s, and marketing presentations.<\/li>\n
• <\/i>Coordinate on-site orientation for temporary contractors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Skills and Qualifications :<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • <\/i>Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an employment agency.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Proven success in sales and business development in an agency environment.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Motivated self-starter with an outgoing and courteous approach.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Able to work autonomously and under limited supervision.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, internet research, and social media tools.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Knowledge of the engineering, construction and IT industries preferred.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Must be legally allowed to work for any employer in Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • <\/i>Able to work independently to achieve goals and meet targets.<\/li>\n
      • <\/i>Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written.<\/li>\n
      • <\/i>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, internet research, and social media tools.<\/li>\n
      • <\/i>Knowledge of the engineering, construction and IT industries preferred.<\/li>\n
