-Strategic Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively allocate and manage employee.

-Operational Leadership: Direct and supervise field labour forces and support personnel, optimizing resource allocation in line with sales Drive initiatives to meet or surpass customer expectations in scheduling and execution of elevator services’’
