We are working with a well-established, global leader in building systems and infrastructure modernization, known for delivering highly engineered, reliable solutions across commercial, institutional, and residential facilities.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex modernization and upgrade projects within existing buildings. This role is ideal for a construction or HVAC project professional who thrives in coordinating technical teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of modernization and retrofit projects from planning through completion
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Coordinate with internal engineering, supervisory, and field technician teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work delivered within budget
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all projects meet applicable safety and quality standards
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and change orders
• Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction or building systems projects
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
