Consultant Qualifications
A Developer requires the following skill set:
Program, evaluate, and otherwise support the development and maintenance of systems by:
- a) translating software specifications into code.
- b) documenting technical work.
- c) developing technical reference materials, and
- d) supporting the provision of post-implementation maintenance services through liaison with Business Analysts and clients.
In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience:
At least one year of experience in the past 5 years working as a full stack developer in an Agile development team on projects of similar scope and complexity to what is required by the client.
Mandatory Skillset
Minimum years of experience required in the past 5 years.
Docker, GitHub, JavaScript/Typescript, OpenShift, Restful API, React, Amazon Web Services,
PostgreSQL, Unit testing with Jest, End-to-end testing with Cypress, CSS.
